In some cases, individual counties contract with us for certain aspects of foster care. In Schuyler County, our Home Finder recruits, certifies, and provides ongoing support to new foster homes for youth from the county. Once identified, the Home Finding process and steps are similar to what is detailed in our Steps to becoming a foster parent guide.
**Note Schuyler County Foster Parents are not mandated to take 24 hours of trainings or the following:
- CPR-FA
- TCIF
- Medication
